MEMORANDUM TO: Jennifer Brubaker, humanity Resources Director FROM: Samantha Long, strawman Desk Assistant attend: September 27, 2012 SUBJECT: better Employee instruct at Jellystone place in Luray Attached is my project on improving employee study procedures for front desk employees which ordain enlarge employee commitment to Jellystone Park. instruct is indwelling for new employees, but this does not mean nurture should proceed only in one case. Training should give at least once a year, more if a policy change takes place, and employees should be informed two ways, verbally and in written documentation. The fostering open fire be held at Jellystone, where a small gathering could be trained magical spell the other staff members continue assisting clients. Our rates, minimum night duty tour requirements, and common policies change every two weeks. The front desk employees guide to be up to date on the current requirements so we ba ckside properly relay that information to customers. Occasionally, an employee is unaware of the changes and the customer may become agitated if they have been told conflicting information. Training can change this. This proposal contains ideas on what the training should cover, loving training techniques, and ways to evaluate the training. My research has focused on training techniques and the benefits of training to an organization.
Also, I have included an executive analysis that I encourage you to share with the other managers. Training will really benefit both the staff and park.
